This week in:
Language Arts– Continue with character traits, dialogue rules and Trickster Tales. Continue working on the Close Reading strategy and text dependent questions using various KidBiz Articles and works of fiction.
No Spelling Words or Achieve this week for homework so students may focus on their science projects. Science project are due Monday, January 23.
Writing– Written informational response to multiple texts in preparation of the Smarter Balance State Test.
Math– Wrap up Chapter 7 on Division. Begin Chapter 8: Understanding Fractions. Students may log on to Think Central to practice current lessons. The link is on the right of this page.
